Illustrated in the video below is the solar cell placement tools, auto-stringing and tabbing system, pre- and post lamination steps and final assembly of a moncrsytalline type solar panel. The production line is shown at an end-user in China. It is usually impossible to visit solar production companies as most consider their tool set and assembly process to be a secret. We are showing videos of limited production steps and we use animation to illustrate the solar cell handling processes for solar substrate placement and stringing. Videos are included to illustrate the glass handling and lamination processes.
